Anissa Poleatewich is a plant pathologist with 18+ years of experience in crop protection and crop enhancement R&D. She has a background in microbiology, plant biology, and horticulture and specializes in the use of bioproducts for sustainable crop production. Anissa received an MD and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology at the University of New Hampshire. At UNH she developed a research program to evaluate the effects of amending peat with wood fiber substrates on root disease.
