The 2020 Farwest Show takes place August 26–28 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. The Convention Center is located at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Show hours are Noon to 5pm Wednesday, 10am to 5pm on Thursday, and 10am to 2pm on Friday.
Farwest is one of the leading nursery and greenhouse industry trade shows in the United States. The show averages 5,000 wholesale growers, retailers, landscape contractors/designers/architects, industry suppliers, educators and others from virtually every U.S. state and several foreign countries. The show is produced by the Oregon Association of Nurseries. Roughly 50 percent of exhibiting companies are wholesale nurseries at the Farwest Show. You will find every conceivable type of plant material for which your customers are asking, from the newest varieties to old favorites. Place your order with the growers that are known throughout the country for their exceptional quality. Exhibitors include small specialty nurseries, growers devoted to serving the landscape trade, the best and biggest nurseries in the country, and growers catering to independent garden centers.
Click here to register online starting in April. Registering before the show saves you time and money. If you are unable to register in advance, you can register onsite during the show.
All trade show badges will be printed at the show and can be picked up at the registration desk.
All exhibitors and visitors to the Farwest Show must wear a badge to gain admittance to the trade show floor. Attendees 16 and under do not need to pay admittance.
Only if you also have registered and paid for the seminars. The Farwest Show and Farwest Show Seminars, though held in conjunction with one another at the same location, are two separate events. Show attendees who also have registered for the seminars will receive specially marked badges that indicate either the day of the seminar sessions for which they have registered or “ALL” if they registered for the entire three-day seminar package.

The Farwest Show Guide, including a printed list of exhibitors and other show information appears in the Farwest Edition of Digger Magazine. The Oregon Convention Center (OCC) has scooters and wheelchairs available for rent on site. Scooters are $35/day and wheelchairs are $15/day. They are first come, first serve and cannot be reserved ahead of time. Whomever is needing the scooter will need to rent one from the Convention Center admin office located on the 2nd floor. OCC only accepts debit/credit cards, no cash. They will collect the necessary information and guests can return the scooter to their admin office when they are finished with the scooter.
