Booth Furnishings

FERN EXPO
Order your carpet, drayage, draped tables, chairs, booth set-up, etc.
All exhibitors will receive an email from Fern Expo with instructions on setting up your password so you can order all show services and items for your booth online. Contact Haley Schleh at HSchleh@FernExpo.com or 503-954-9841 to have the email resent.

Exhibitor Badges

Order badges for employees working your booth
Registration for exhibitor badges, seminars and tours is now open.
Note: You will need your ID# to register. You can find it on your exhibitor checklist or personalized exhibitor link.

Parking passes

Exhibitors may purchase a three-day parking pass (Aug 20-22) that allows in-and-out access during the show dates for $60. The OCC Exhibitors’ Lot is located at the rear of the building, near the loading dock, making move-out easier.

This happens throughout our industry and really all industries are susceptible to these tactics. We understand your aggravation, and we are taking steps to minimize the availability of your email address.

Beware of Housing Pirates! Please be aware that there are companies contacting exhibitors directly claiming to have room blocks on behalf of the Farwest Show. They are not associated with the Farwest Show, and we have no control over booking and cancellation fees associated with their service. No housing coordinator for the Farwest Show will make outbound calls to solicit reservations. Do not give your credit card information to anyone calling and claiming to be a Farwest Travel Agent.
