Description
Reminder: All cancelations must be in writing. Exhibit space is owned by the Oregon Association of Nurseries, Inc. and space is non-transferable from one exhibitor to another.
- Contracts canceled on or before January 31, 2026 – surcharge equal to $200 per 10’x10’ booth space.
- Contracts canceled after January 31, 2026 but prior to April 30, 2026 – surcharge equal to 50% of total Booth rental amount.
- Contracts canceled after April 30, 2026 – surcharge equal to 100% of total Booth rental amount.
