Tom’s work includes guiding long-term strategic planning, shaping enterprise-wide sustainability goals, and advancing innovative technologies — such as bioplastics — that deliver measurable environmental benefits.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University and brings more than 25 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, and manufacturing.
