As director of sustainable solutions at Growscape, Tom is responsible for identifying and reducing environmental impacts across the company’s value chain. He leads the development of corporate sustainability strategies that align business objectives with environmental stewardship, ensuring that Growscape’s operations harmonize with nature. Tom’s work includes guiding long-term strategic planning, shaping enterprise-wide sustainability goals, and advancing innovative technologies — such as bioplastics — that deliver measurable environmental benefits.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University and brings more than 25 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, and manufacturing.
