Brownbridge is a senior technical services manager with BioWorks. In this role he provides technical support for the company’s catalog of disease- and pest-management products, and their utilization in integrated plant health management programs. A long-time proponent of biological control, he has held research and outreach positions in Israel, Kenya, the U.S., New Zealand and Canada, where his goal is to educate and empower growers around the successful use of biological tools.
Botrytis is a tough disease to manage at the best of times but its resistance to many conventional fungicides adds another layer of complexity.
