Erick Harris is country boy who grew up on a cotton and soybean farm in Northern Louisiana. He spent 27 years in corporate America, leading sales teams and recruiting and training top talent all over the country. In 2000, he joined the industry and has been doing his part ever since to develop the next generation of horticultural leaders.
