Order badges for employees working your booth
Registration for exhibitor badges, seminars and tours is now open.
Note: You will need your ID# to register. You can find it on your exhibitor checklist or personalized exhibitor link.

Plan ahead to ensure your materials arrive on time and at the correct location. Exhibitors may ship to the advance warehouse or directly to the show site during designated delivery windows.

Fern Expo provides material handling for all exhibitor shipments. We strongly recommend shipping early and to the advanced warehouse. The facility will not accept exhibitor freight, so off-target shipments will be refused. Please place your credit card on file in Fern’s OneView portal to cover your material handling charges, and reach out to Fern directly with any questions about shipping or material handling. Should a single piece of your shipment exceed 4’x4’x8′ and/or weigh more than 5,000lbs, please advise Fern in advance.

Exhibitors may purchase 3-day parking passes (August 26–28, 2026) with in-and-out access throughout show week.

These outdoor parking lots are reserved specifically for Farwest exhibitors. If your vehicle fits in the regular Oregon Convention Center parking garages, we strongly encourage you to use garage parking whenever possible to help keep outdoor spaces available for exhibitors with oversized vehicles, trailers, and specialty equipment.

⚠️ Parking is limited to just 110 total passes and will sell out.

Important:

• These lots are reserved exclusively for Farwest exhibitors.
• Passes are valid for all three show days (August 26–28).
• If your vehicle, trailer, or equipment requires more than one parking space, you must purchase a pass for each space occupied. Please consider your total vehicle footprint when purchasing passes.

Alternative Parking Locations
With our usual OCC outdoor parking area temporarily unavailable due to construction, the Farwest Show has secured two convenient alternative parking lots for exhibitors.

• GREEN Lot: $75 Located between N Interstate Avenue and 99W and accessed from N Interstate Avenue. This gravel lot has 60 vehicle spaces and includes overnight security. Purchase Green Lot Passes
• ORANGE Lot: $65 East lot at Oregon Square, located at 827 NE Oregon Street, Portland OR 97232. This paved lot has 51 vehicle spaces with NO overnight parking. Purchase Orange Lot Passes
