We are looking for volunteers to help with the Farwest Show this August 20–22. All volunteers will receive a free All-Access pass, which will give you access to all seminars, networking events, and social gatherings during the three-day show.* This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to get hands-on experience in the horticulture industry, and it looks great on scholarship applications!

Volunteer Activity Descriptions

Volunteers will be assigned one of the following tasks, depending on their availability.

Seminar Assistant: Scan attendee badges as they enter the room, assist in distributing handouts or surveys, direct attendees to the continuing education materials, ensure disinfecting supplies are stocked and available.

New Varieties Showcase Monitor: Ensure plants are watered, restock voting tokens, keep showcase area tidy.
