President, The Peters Company
Rick Peters has facilitated hundreds of improvement events in various types of organizations and industries since 2009. He takes a hands-on approach to helping clients significantly reduce waste and increase productivity by applying Lean principles. Peters was honored in 2016 with the “Distinguished Member of the Horticultural Allied Trades” award by the Oregon Association of Nurseries. In 2022, he was presented with the association’s “President’s 5-Star Performance Award” for his impact on the nursery industry.
