As Columbia River Coordinator for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), David Gruen helps co-manage the Pesticide Stewardship Partnership (PSP) Program with staff from the Oregon Department of Agriculture and supports the implementation of water quality standards on the mainstem Columbia River, including the adaptive management of total dissolved gas and the development of Oregon’s implementation plan for the Columbia and Lower Snake Rivers Temperature Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL).
