Erik brings 35 years of retail experience at large garden centers from Hicks Nurseries to helping open and run Flamingo Road Nursery. He is nationally recognized for merchandising and buying, and consults with garden centers throughout the United States to help them succeed and grow. He writes for several industry trade publications, presents at industry events, and is past chairman of the Tropical Plant International Expo (TPIE).
