Growing up in the family greenhouse business is where Broch Martindale found his passion for plants and the industry. Broch studied greenhouse production at Ohio State University and returned home to the family business before joining Corteva (previously Dow AgroSciences) in 2012 where he focused his work on integrated pest management and greenhouse technology. Most recently, he took the role as the national nursery and greenhouse strategic account manager in the industry he loves. Martindale has a passion for attracting others to horticulture and often helps connect talent to the green industry.
