This hydrangea has large raspberry blooms in alkaline soil or electric purple in acidic soils. Additional interest is provided by dark red stems. Amazing flower power, rebloom, sturdy stems, and disease resistance all make this a winner in a container as well as in the garden. Grows to 3-4′ wide by 3-4′ tall. Zones 4a–9b.
