Vanessa Vassilaros M.S. has over two decades of hands-on experience working with diverse sectors of horticulture. From plant research within academia to diagnostic plant clinics and continuing with the green industry as a university Extension specialist and private consultant. She offers expertise via Integrated Pest Management and Best Management Practices consultations to nursery and landscape companies. She is an award-winning author from the American Society for Horticultural Science, the National Association of County Agricultural Agents (NACAA), and the University of Florida. Throughout her career, Vanessa has developed and delivered over 200 trainings in plant-related topics, nationally and internationally in both English and Spanish.
