Aubry Elizabeth Field is the founder of Lizzy Blossom LLC., a service-based diagnostic testing company located in Naperville, Illinois for the detection of ornamental pathogens. She received her master’s degree from the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science at Ohio State University. After graduate school she accepted an research and development position at Ball Horticultural Company. Over her 15-year career she held several different positions within Ball Helix and was instrumental in developing and optimizing PCR/RT-PCR assays for DNA-based detection of viruses for the company.
