Found as an Ophiopogon p. ‘Nigrescens’ seedling in our greenhouses, this miniature version of black mondo grass is half the size with extra slender leaf blades. Pairing fine texture, petite size, and dramatic black-purple color, Inky Whiskers™ adds an unexpected and exciting high contrast accent to pathway edges in the woodland garden or a mixed planter in a shaded entry.
