Tom Brewer brings over three decades of experience in the nursery and environmental sectors. With a background in greenhouse plant production and sales, as well as extensive involvement in governmental relations, Brewer has been a driving force behind sustainability initiatives in Oregon. He served on the OAN Government Relations Committee, focusing on initiatives like the Oregon SB 582 recycling modernization act. Currently, as a member of the AmericanHort HRI Plastics Task Force, Brewer is dedicated to increasing the use of post-consumer recycled plastics and reducing single-use and virgin plastics. His expertise and advocacy in sustainable business practices are shaping a greener future.
