Luisa is an Associate Professor, Extension Plant Pathologist at Oregon State University, NWREC in Aurora, OR. Over the last ten years, Luisa has been actively engaging the nursery industry by offering both on-site consulting and bilingual education aimed at preventing the introduction and spread of threatening plant diseases in a nursery environment. Luisa has already developed some bilingual extension boxwood blight publications that target frontline nursery workers, and she is looking forward to sharing her tips and tricks for disease scouting!
