Dave Williams is a fourth-generation garden center owner and former president of the Garden Centers of America. He led Williams Nursery in Westfield, New Jersey, for nearly 40 years, building it into a nationally respected, community-driven destination known for innovative merchandising and strong customer experience.
Today, as co-founder of Garden Center Consultants LLC, Dave works with independent garden centers across the country on layout, merchandising, seasonal execution, and practical AI strategies that drive real results.
