Graceful upright, arching blades feature a rich green center flanked by white stripes with a tinge of orange, turning an attractive orange-gold as the foliage matures. In late fall and winter the entire plant is sunset orange. A great border plant for edging or massing. Also effective in containers, alone or in combos. Grows best in moist, well drained soils in sun or part shade. Vigorous but controlled growth. Deer-tolerant with no serious pests or diseases. Carex ‘Everglow’ is the latest addition to the popular Evercolor® series. Its blades feature a color combination unlike any other in this very varied, grass-like genus.
