Michael Stolp


SVP – Learning and Development, Northwest Farm Credit Services
Michael Stolp earned his Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. His agribusiness experience includes working with Cargill and Cenex/Land O’Lakes. Today, Michael is Northwest FCS’ Senior Vice President of Learning and Development. In this role, he leads Northwest FCS’ customer research, customer and employee learning, and family business resources. He is a member of the Family Firm Institute, a faculty member of The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP) and holds a Certificate in Family Business Advising. Michael grew up in Sprague, Washington, where his family owns a farm and ranch.
