With over 30 years of experience in entomological research, Dr. Choi specializes in insect molecular biology, physiology, and chemical ecology, with a focus on integrated pest management (IPM). Dr. Choi’s research utilizes cutting-edge molecular tools to develop biologically based management strategies for small fruits and nursery pests, including spotted-wing drosophila, western flower thrips, grey garden slug, and moth pests.
