Exhibitor Guidelines  Important Stuff!

Exhibitor is recommended to purchase and maintain such insurance, at limits established by management of $1,000,000, naming management, The Oregon Association of Nurseries and the facility, Oregon Convention Center, as additional insureds, as will protect those parties from claims that may arise out of or result from the activities of the exhibitor. Neither the management nor the facility shall be responsible for loss or damage occurring to the exhibit or sustained by the exhibitor from any cause. Such additional insurance, if desired, must be obtained by the exhibitor. Insurance is not valid if both parties are not listed as additional insured.
