Exhibitor Services
If you are an exhibitor in the 2008 Farwest Show, it's easy to order extra services for your booth, such as tables, chairs and other items, or to ship your booth and other materials to the show.
The Farwest Show has contracted with DWA Trade Show & Exposition Services as the show decorator and drayage company. Exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Packet mailing in June containing service order forms, information on shipping and an outline of all special services that are available. You can fill out and return that form. Or, exhibitors can order these items on-site at the DWA Service Desk at the Oregon Convention Center during move-in. However, early order discounts do not apply for on-site orders.

Ordering Utilities
Exhibitors who desire to bring utility services into their booth(s) -- including electricity, compressed air, water fill-up or drain, natural gas, telephone/Internet and audio visual -- should contact the Oregon Convention Center direct, which provides these services. You can order these services online, through the Convention Center's web site. Order forms for all of these services are included in the Exhibitor Packet mailed to exhibitors by DWA Trade Show & Exposition Services. Or, exhibitors can order these items on-site at the OCC Service Desk at the Oregon Convention Center during move-in.
