2008 Show
If you plan to exhibit in the 2008 Farwest Show, you must register those who plan to work in your booth at any time during the show, including yourself. That way, we can issue special exhibitor badges that allow access to the exhibit halls. Only those with exhibitor badges can gain access to the exhibit halls before and after show hours.
Exhibitors, click here to register online.
Please note that each exhibiting company is entitled to four exhibitor badges for each 10' x 10' booth space, up to a maximum of 12 exhibitor badges for that company.
The Farwest Show limits the number of exhibitor badges issued in an effort to strengthen show security and protect the valuable assets of all exhibitors. An exhibitor badge entitles the holder to enter the exhibit hall at 8 a.m. on days of the show and to remain on the floor for a reasonable length of time after the show closes each day in order to make necessary preparations for the next day's business. It's been our experience that few, if any, exhibitors need more than 12 people to be on the show floor during non-show hours.
If you have morethan 12 people working your booth over the course of the show, you can order, at no charge, as many Complimentary Attendee Admission Registration badges as is necessary. These will allow your workers to enter the exhibit hall, but only during show hours, which are noon to 6 p.m. daily, the same as show visitors. Exhibitor badges will not be mailed; they will be in your exhibitor packet when you check in at the show. Exhibitor registration will be located at the Convention Center.
